A team of 13 boys will be selected to represent the North West Wizards at the Cricket Victoria state carnival
15th – 19nd January 2018.
At the conclusion of the 3 trial sessions, the following players are invited to continue in the trial process by participating in a practice match on 15th October 2017. These players are:
Please arrive at 8:00am for an 8:30am start at Cross Keys Reserve, Woodland St, Essendon (turf wicket). Approximate finish time is 2:30pm. At the conclusion of this practice match a squad of 13 players and 3 emergencies will be selected and posted on the North West Wizards website http://wizards.cricketvictoria.com.au.
Please wear your whites/creams and bring both spikes for turf and runners for synthetic wicket*. Bring your own drinks and lunch for the day, as well as a hat and sunscreen. There may not be a canteen or bar facilities available for the game. Parents may be asked to assist with umpiring or other duties for the match.
* Back up synthetic venue for the practice match will be advised should it be required.
All players not selected to represent the North West Wizards or participate in this practice match are strongly encouraged to continue in the trial process for the NWMJCA representative sides.
